On September 11 – 12 at the 2013 Cisco Americas Customer Collaboration Sales Summit Verba launched the first complete Collaboration Recording solution for the Cisco Unified Communication platform. This new 7th generation Verba Recording System offers a truly unified communications experience; providing voice, video, telepresence, instant messaging and screen recording solution across a suite of devices from mobile, desktop and softphones, to video conference and telepresence solutions. This unified collaboration recording approach puts Verba at the forefront of communications recording.
Verba Recording System – a versatile solution
Verba Recording System is not just a state-of-the-art collaboration recording, it is scalable, provides a quality management solution and can be accessed easily from a web interface.
Lori Peterson, who heads up business development in the United States certainly feels the realm of call recording has changed: “The call recording arena has remained static for many years. Why would a customer only record part of their communications? Verba has developed a full suite of solutions that allow customers to record not only voice calls, but record video from their desktop phone right through to Telepresence rooms, along with support for Jabber endpoints including voice, video, and instant messaging.”
One of the most important additions to Verba’s Cisco recording portfolio this year is the possibility to record calls remotely from Cisco TDM gateways and the CUBE SBC. This technology allows a completely virtualized Verba recording environment that not only captures calls terminated on Cisco phones, but also extends this capability to remote extensions and Cisco Jabber mobile calls.
The Verba team consistently ensure the user experience of call recording technology is not only seamless, but truly unified. ‘We strive to be the best at call recording. This is our focus. This is what we do.’
