Verba & Luware Integration

Luware AGVerba work effectively with partners to enhance the collaboration recording experience for Lync. Verba teamed up with Luware to provide customers who were dissatisfied with their existing systems with a Lync and Luware Contact Center option.

The Verba 8.1 release provides additional Contact Center integration with Luware. Luware provide customer – specific service platforms specializing in collaborative interaction with clients using Microsoft Unified Communications technologies.

Luware is a multimodal Lync based Contact Center solution based on Microsft Lync. (Luware LUCS Lync Contact Center).

Skype for Business Summit

Key partners gathered together to present their solutions to over 200 attendees from a variety of verticals including Finance, Insurance, Communications, Retail, Healthcare and Media/Communications.

Why product documentation should be freely available on the web

VB-1004_LogotypeEach and every one of us are learn about different things throughout our lives. From the moment we are born, we are constantly learning and acquiring knowledge. There are different methods in which we acquire knowledge: via the internet, books and publications and through conversations too.

At Verba we certainly believe ‘knowledge is power’ and have a useful online resource, the Verba Knowledge Base, where we openly share information.

Capture the Moment

photoThe other week, I was sitting in the park and right before me I saw two gentlemen sitting on the grass playing a game of chess.  It was quite intriguing to watch –  they appeared deep in thought whilst plotting their next moves.  Chess is a game of contemplation, tactical moves and challenges after all!   So much so, that I took photo of them playing chess…I captured the moment!  Life is about capturing moments, because once something happens, it doesn’t last forever and is gone.

The Verba Recording System has an optional feature, screen capture.
