The BMB Group, a Cisco Gold partner of Verba use third party solutions like the Verba Collaboration Recording solution to provide an extensive range of high availability solutions and services. The group are based in Lebanon and have over 2,500 customers based in the Middle East (Jordan, Iraq, Egypt and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
The group were present at a Cisco industry event and spoke to a representative of an organisation that were seeking to upgrade their existing recording system. They required a solution, which had the capability to store a large volume of calls, possessed secure recording and XML rules to specify particular recordings.
Ahmad Kalash, Senior System Engineer from the BMB Group, responsible for the installation and deployment of Unified Communication (voice, recording and billing software), recommended the Verba Collaboration Recording solution. He worked with the Verba support team to deploy the recording solution on BroadSoft based at their headquarters.
Ahmad has total confidence with the Verba solution and feels the ”team are very good to work with. If a customer requests something e.g. a feature, they receive a direct response from the support team and are always very prompt.”
The deployment was successful and the organisation were extremely pleased with the solution.
