Recently, the ‘biggest contact center event of the year’, the Cisco Americas Customer Collaboration Sales Summit gathered together nearly 700 contact center sales professionals and experts in New Orleans, Louisiana for two days of sharing, networking and learning. Verba were sponsors at this year’s event.

Team Verba were present at this year’s event, showcasing the Verba Recording System. To conclude this year’s successful summit, delegates attended an exclusive party at the Mercedes Benz Superdome with cheerleaders, an unforgettable football experience and spectacular fireworks. It was certainly a firecracker of an event for Verba!
